Appellant No.1, Ramawatar @ Ramotar Mital, is having savings bank account No.32672637016 with State Bank of India, Saket Branch, Meerut, U.P.

Vide order dated 12th September, 2017, State Bank of India, Saket Branch, Meerut, U.P. was directed to cancel the cheque book or debit card in respect of the aforesaid bank account and make an endorsement on the passbook to this effect and further that no cheque book/debit card will be issued without the permission of this Court.

List for disbursement of the compensation on 09th October, 2017. 4.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for respondent No.1 who shall produce the same before State Bank of India, Saket Branch, Meerut, U.P.
