The petitioner has preferred this petition to seek the quashing of FIR No.2774/2015 registered at PS Shakarpur under section 324/308/34/120B IPC on the complaint of respondent no.2. The learned ASC submits that one of the injured, namely, Shoaib, is not willing for closure of the matter. In these circumstances, in any event, this petition cannot proceed. The petitioner is also not represented through counsel. Dismissed in default and for non prosecution.
