The learned counsel for the Resolution Professional appointed for the defendant company, has handed over the affidavit dated 29.08.2024 of the Resolution Professional, which, inter alia, states as under:- "11. That however in the interest of justice and with the intent to safeguard the interests of all stakeholders, the SRA proposes a payment of Rs.44,00,70,812/- towards the outstanding dues of Operational Creditors including the petitioner herein. Accordingly, out of the total amount, the SRA proposes to make a payment of Rs.9,13,265/- towards the admitted claim of the Petitioner."
