Vide order dated 21.01.2016, the petitioner was granted three weeks' parole from the date of release, on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.40,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court/CMM/Duty Magistrate. 2.
The petitioner could not furnish the required surety amount due to poverty and was unable to avail the benefit of the said order. In the interest of justice and to enable the petitioner to avail the benefit of the said order, the surety amount is reduced to Rs.20,000/-. 3.
Other terms and conditions of the said order are left undisturbed. 4.
The application stands disposed of.
