O R D E R

% 15.12.2016 Petitioner nos.2 to 6 are the relatives of petitioner no.1. Petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 are husband and wife. During pendency of the writ petition, petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 have resolved their differences before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 30th November, 2016 and have started living together. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Anand Singh PS Narela. She submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and same may be quashed.

Keeping in mind that husband and wife have resolved their

differences, inasmuch as, have started living together and respondent no.2 does not wish to pursue the FIR any further, in the interest of justice, FIR No.603/2015 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at police station Narela, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
