Counsel for the Respondent states that although the bank guarantees ('BGs') in question were invoked, the Respondent did not collect the demand drafts ('DDs') prepared by the bank upon encashment of the said BGs. He states that during the pendency of the arbitral proceedings, the said DDs shall not be collected by the Respondent from the Bank.

2. In view of the above statement, no further orders are called for in this petition or application.
