% 21.04.2016 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner to challenge the order of granting interim maintenance. During the course of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as the order fixing interim maintenance has been fixed by the Trial Court without taking into consideration the factual position or the evidence, which could have been lead by the petitioner before the court, the purpose of filing the present petition would be achieved, if the Trial Court is directed to expeditiously determine the maintenance finally.

In view of the aforesaid stand taken by Counsel for the

petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the Trial Court to expedite the final determination of the maintenance at the earliest.
