The counsel for the plaintiff states that the parties to this suit were also parties to a proceeding under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and were referred to mediation and in the said mediation all the disputes between the parties including subject matter of this suit have been amicably settled and in terms of the said settlement the plaintiff is to unconditionally withdraw this suit and has filed IA No.1361/2017 therefor and for refund of court fees.

The counsel for all the defendants confirms.

The suit is dismissed as withdrawn, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
