% 22.07.2016 By this writ petition, petitioner has prayed that respondent nos. 1 and 2 be directed to submit a report regarding investigations in the FIR No. RC BDI 2010E 0006 dated 29th October, 2010 registered under Sections 120-B/420/468/471 IPC against the respondent nos. 3 and 4 and other unknown persons.

Learned Standing Public Prosecutor submits that petitioner was not the complainant in the FIR as the same was registered on source information.

Learned Special Public Prosecutor submits that FIR number has not correctly been mentioned in the writ petition as the correct FIR number is "RC BDI 2010E 0008".

She further submits that investigation was

concluded in the year 2011 and a closure report was filed on 29th July, 2011 and same has been accepted by the concerned court on 5th December, 2011. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will take appropriate alternative remedies. He seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition.

Disposed of as withdrawn.
