This order is in continuation of the earlier order dated 24th February, 2016.

The counsels state that since then the appellant has removed its installations as well as the electricity meter. The counsel for the appellant further, on instructions, from Mr. Amit Bhatia, Senior Manager (Legal) of the appellant confirms that there are no outstanding of the subject electricity meter which can be claimed from the respondent as owner of the property. 3.

Recording and binding the parties to the statement aforesaid and finding the compromise arrived at between the parties and as recorded in the order dated 24th February, 2016 to be lawful, the same is allowed and the appeal is disposed of as compromised leaving the parties to bear their own costs.

Decree sheet be drawn up.

Accordingly, out of the sum of Rs.4,35,000/- deposited by the appellant in this Court, a sum of Rs.2,35,000/- be released in favour of the respondent in full and final settlement of the decree impugned in this appeal and the balance sum of Rs.2,00,000/- with interest, if any accrued be refunded to the appellant.
