% 20.05.2016 The petitioner has alleged that respondent nos. 1 to 6 be directed to stop and demolish illegal and unauthorized construction raised by the respondent nos. 7 to 9.

Status report has been filed by respondent nos. 1 & 2. It is evident from the status report that the subject property has already been booked, in as much as action in accordance with law is being taken after passing of demolition order.

Respondent nos. 1 & 2 are directed to take action initiated by them to its logical end, in accordance with law and it should not be a cosmetic one. In light of the fact that action has already been taken by the respondents, in my view no further orders are required to be passed. Compliance report be filed within six weeks from today. This writ petition stands disposed off in above terms. Copy of order be given dasti.
