% 14.09.2016 The matter was listed for September 13, 2016 which was declared a holiday and therefore is being taken up today. CRL.REV.P. 810/2015 1.

By filing the present revision petition, the revisionist/husband has impugned the order dated March 25, 2013 whereby the learned Trial Court awarded maintenance to the respondent/wife @ ₹3000/- per month for herself and ₹1300/- per month for the child with effect from the date of order.

Learned counsel for the parties have submitted that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement before the Mediation Centre. It is further informed that in terms of the mediation settlement, first motion (Petition for dissolution of marriage by mutual consent) has already been filed. The second motion is to be filed in March, 2017. The parties have also agreed to CRL.REV.P. 810/2015

withdraw the litigation initiated by them against each other. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in terms of the settlement entered into between the parties, he may be permitted to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to get it revived if the respondent herein, fails to comply with the terms and conditions of the settlement.

Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that the respondent shall comply with all the terms and conditions of the settlement by withdrawing the cases filed by her and in case of any default on her part, the respondent has no objection if in that eventuality the petitioner seeks revival of this revision petition.

In view of the above submissions made on behalf of the parties, the revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Crl.M.A. No.18172/2015 Dismissed as infructuous.
