% 24.10.2016 Plaintiff has filed the present suit for permanent injunction restraining infringement of copyright, damages, rendition of accounts, etc. During the pendency of this matter, the parties have entered into an amicable settlement before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Copy of the settlement has been placed on record. Same is marked as Exhibit P-1. The settlement agreement is signed by the authorised representative of the plaintiff and the partner of defendant no.1 Shri Mangal Singh. Counsel for the parties identify their signatures and their clients on the settlement agreement.

As prayed, the present suit is decreed in terms of Exhibit P-1. The Court appreciates the efforts put in by the counsels, parties and the learned mediator in early resolution of the matter. Since the matter has been resolved through the process of mediation, the plaintiff would be entitled to refund of court fee. IA.25252/2015 also stands disposed of.
