O R D E R

% 26.05.2016 The disputes between the parties have been settled in mediation. The settlement agreement dated 16.05.2016 duly signed by the parties, their respective counsels and the learned mediator is placed on record. The terms of the settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and I see no impediment in accepting the same. The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement.

Learned counsel for the defendant, on instructions, states that the cheques including post dated cheques issued to the plaintiff shall be honoured upon presentation.

The suit stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

Since the disputes have been settled in mediation, the plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of the court fee.
