% 09.11.2017 Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that the matter has been settled between the parties by way of an agreement dated 4th September, 2017 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. He carves leave of this Court to withdraw the present suit. Consequently, present suit is dismissed as withdrawn. At this stage, learned counsel for the plaintiff prays for refund of the court fees.

Since the issues have already been framed in the matter, Registry is directed to issue to an authorised representative of the plaintiff a certificate authorizing him/her to receive back from the Collector half amount of the Court fee paid by the plaintiff in the present suit.
