% 29.04.2016 This is a petition under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Learned counsel for the respondent states that he has no objection if the sole arbitrator is appointed. In view of the statement made, Justice M.A.Khan, retired Judge of this Court is appointed as the sole arbitrator, who would adjudicate the claims and counter claims, if any of the parties. Learned Arbitrator shall conduct the proceedings under the aegis of Delhi International Arbitration Centre and the rules made thereunder. The fee of the learned Arbitrator shall be regulated by the rules of the Centre. The petition is disposed of.
