% 23.02.2016 This is an application under Section 11 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, for appointment of an Arbitrator. Mr. Shivanshu Kumar, Adv. appears for the respondents, conceding that there is a dispute between the parties, states, that this Court may appoint a retired Additional District & Sessions Judge as an Arbitrator. The suggestion of Mr. Shivanshu Kumar is acceptable to Mr. Arjun Kumar. Noting the submissions, I appoint Mr. G.P. Thareja, Additional District Judge (Retd.) (Phone No. 9899664642) as an Arbitrator to arbitrate the disputes between the parties. Learned counsel for the parties, agree that the Arbitrator shall conduct the proceedings under the aegis of the Delhi

International Arbitration Centre. The learned Arbitrator shall decide the claim(s) and counter claim(s), if any of the parties. The fee of the learned Arbitrator, as prescribed under the Rules of DAC, shall be shared equally by the parties.
