O R D E R

% 11.10.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Special Leave Petition filed by the respondent, being SLP (C) No. 2883/2016, is still pending adjudication before the Supreme Court. In the present case, pursuant to the order dated 21.12.2015, the respondent had deposited certain amount with the Registry of this Court in purported compliance of the Arbitral Award.

The disbursement of the said amount shall abide by the decision of the Supreme Court in the above SLP or by any separate application being filed by either party reviving the present petition. In the meantime, the amount deposited with the Registry of this Court shall be kept invested in a Fixed Deposit.
