% 06.03.2017 Ex.P.509/2015 Learned counsel for objector has submitted that since the subject property is situated at Hauz Khas, therefore the matter may be transferred to South District, Saket Courts, Delhi where the jurisdiction lies now.

In view same and in view of order dated 28.02.2017 of the Hon'ble Court, the present matter is transferred to South District, Saket Courts, Delhi on 10.04.2017 at 10.00 a.m. Parties to appear before learned District Judge there.
