% 14.07.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that he has settled the matter with respondent No.2 and since the offences mentioned in the FIR are compoundable one, he does not wish to press the present petition and seeks permission to withdraw the same with liberty to move an appropriate application for compounding the offence before the Trial Court.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
