1. Mr. Rajiv Nayyar, learned Senior counsel appearing for the Petitioner, states that in view of the decision of this Court in Sravanthi Infratech Private Limited v. Tricolite Electrical Industries Limited 2016 SCC Online Del 6313, OMP (COMM) 25/2015 & OMP (T) 37/2015
the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw these petitions with liberty to approach the concerned Court within one week from today. He further states that as regards the petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, the Petitioner will seek to avail the benefit of Section 14 of the Limitation Act.
2. The petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The pending applications also stands dismissed. The Court concerned would deal with the submission regarding Section 14 of the Limitation Act on merits.
3. Order be given dasti to learned counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
