By filing the present writ petition from Jail, the petitioner is seeking parole for a period of three months on the ground of taking care of his ailing father as well as for maintaining social ties. 2.

Perusal of the nominal roll of the petitioner reveals that he has availed two weeks furlough in the recent past i.e. with effect from 06.10.2015 to 20.10.2015. Even his overall jail conduct as well as jail conduct during last one year is given as 'Unsatisfactory'.

As per Parole/Furlough Guidelines-2010, a minimum period of six months ought to have elapsed from the date of termination of the previous parole/furlough.

In the given facts and circumstances, the prayer of the Petitioner for releasing him on parole is hereby rejected.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.

6.

Petitioner be informed through concerned Jail Superintendent about the orders passed.
