By way of this application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioner is seeking modification of the order of this Court dated 16.12.2015 in W.P.(Crl.) No. 2969/2015 to the extent that the facts mentioned in the order dated 16.12.2015 regarding grant of parole were wrongly stated as the said writ petition was not filed by the present petitioner. 2.

The order dated 16th December, 2015 reads as under:- "Mr. Nitish Ojha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that he is clueless as to why the present petition has been instituted since the petitioner herein had already been granted parole for a period of four weeks for institution of a Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, by this Court by way of its order dated 29.07.2015 in W.P.(CRL) No.1553/2015 titled 'Raj Kumar vs. State'.

The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. A copy of this order along with the copy of the order dated 29.07.2015 in W.P.(CRL) 1553/2015 be sent to the Jail Superintendent, Tihar for necessary compliance and communication of the same to the petitioner."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that correct facts may be permitted to be placed on record with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy after mentioning the correct facts.

The facts as prayed in Crl. M.A. 2969/2015 are permitted to be placed on record with liberty as prayed.
