% 24.11.2017 The petition is indicated to have been disposed of vide judgment dated 28.08.2017 with the direction to the learned Trial Court to dispose of the pending appeal within three months and the matter is taken up today on an Office Note in view of the receipt of letter dated 21.11.2017 of the learned ASJ-04 + Spl. Judge (NDPS) South East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi submitting to the effect that the said period of three months will expire on 27.11.2017 and he would be on leave for a period of three days due to family commitment and has thus sought extension of time for disposal of the case.

In the interest of justice, the learned Trial Court of the ASJ-04 + Spl. Judge (NDPS) South East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi is directed to dispose of the Crl. Appeal bearing no. 181/15 within a period of two months from today.
