CAV.No. 1282/2015 Caveator has put in appearance. Caveat stands discharged. CM(M) 1230/2015 and CM No. 30523/2015 Rs. 61,000/- is the amount due and payable to the landlord which amount is @ Rs. 2,000/- per month is calculated upto 31.03.2017 i.e. the date on which the tenant has to vacate the suit property. A sum of Rs. 46,000/- by way of cash has been paid to the landlord. It is stated that a sum of Rs. 15,000/- is lying in the Court of learned ARC. Petitioner / tenant is permitted to withdraw that amount and it is undertaken that after the withdrawal of that amount within the coming week i.e. 18.03.2016 the balance sum of Rs. 15,000/-

(cumulatively Rs. 61,000/-) shall be paid to the landlord. The saving account number of the landlord has been given to the tenant who shall ensure that the amount is credited in his account through RTGS mode on or before 22.03.2016. No further orders are called for. Petition disposed of.
