Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it has been conveyed by the petitioner through video conferencing that he could not avail his Furlough as he was not aware of that and now he will avail the same. In view of this, this writ petition is dismissed. 2.
Petitioner is at liberty to avail the Furlough granted to him by the competent Authority.

A copy of this order be sent to concerned Jail Superintendent for necessary compliance.
