1. The documents placed on record by the Petitioner include a letter dated 25th February, 2016 written by the Respondent to learned counsel for the Petitioner inter alia stating that "We have thoroughly reviewed the Cooperation Agreement and the Delhi High Court injunction dated 11th December, 2015 ("Injunction")." Clearly, therefore, the Respondent is aware of the present petition.

2. None appears for the Respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that steps have already been initiated for constituting the Arbitral Tribunal („AT‟) under the aegis of Singapore International Arbitration Centre.

4. In that view of the matter, the order passed by this Court on 11th December, 2015 is directed to continue till such time the AT varies or

modifies it in accordance with law.
