O R D E R

% 08.03.2016 The disputes between the parties have been settled in mediation. The settlement agreement dated 03.03.2016 is placed on record. The same has been signed by the parties, their respective counsel and the learned Mediator. The terms of settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and there is no impediment in accepting the same. The sale deed has been executed by the defendants in favour of the plaintiff and the defendants have been paid the entire consideration.

Accordingly, the suit is disposed of in terms of the said settlement, which shall continue to bind the parties.

Since the disputes have been settled in mediation, the plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of the Court Fees.
