% 01.02.2016 Status report has been filed by the respondent no. 1 categorically stating therein that unauthorized construction was noticed in the premises in question and was booked under Sections 343/344 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957. Demolition order has already been passed on 30th October, 2015. Thereafter, demolition action was fixed for 4th November, 2015 but could not be carried out as police force was not provided. Demolition action was again fixed for 29th December, 2015 and part
demolition was done. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 submits that remaining demolition action would be taken on 10th February, 2015, if police assistance is given. SI Mumtaj Ali, P.S. Chandni Mahal, is present in Court. He has assured that appropriate police force would be provided to respondent no. 1 on 10th February, 2016. Respondent no. 1 shall carry out the remaining demolition action on 10th February, 2016. Respondent no. 2 shall provide appropriate police force to the respondent no. 1 to carry out the demolition. Compliance report be filed by the respondents within four weeks.
Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J.
