% 04.05.2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking direction to the respondent to complete the employment process and provide employment to petitioner No.2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner No.1 was employed with respondent. The respondent issued a notification with regard to the Liberalized Active Retirement Scheme for Guaranteed Employment for Safety Staff Scheme (LARSGESS). Petitioner No.1 opted for the same and moved an application for VRS.
