% 04.02.2016 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner against the order dated 23rd November, 2015 passed by the Trial Court directing cancellation of bail. The present petition came up for hearing before this Court on 16th December, 2015 when the Court directed the petitioner/accused to surrender before the Trial Court. Today, a surrender report has been shown. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since in pursuance of the cancellation of bail, accused has already surrendered, he does not wish to press the

present petition.

The present petition and application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to move fresh bail application before the Trial Court.
