O R D E R

% 03.12.2018 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, having taken instructions from the petitioner, submitted that the petitioner seeks to abide by the impugned order without prejudice to his rights and contentions, the order being only interim in nature, his request being that the parties may be referred to mediation so that possibility of amicable resolution can be explored. The counsel for the respondent, on being asked, submitted that the respondent is ready to join the mediation process. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The withdrawal of the petition will be without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner to show facts to the contrary.

The parties are directed to appear before Samadhan, the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre on 12.12.2018 at 3:30 p.m. Should the efforts succeed, the mediator will send a report to the concerned court.
