% 26.02.2016 Parties had consented that the matter be remanded back for trial and this was recorded in the order dated 18.12.2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner however prays that the matter be listed before some other Additional Rent Controller.

Parties are accordingly directed to appear before the Chief Rent Controller, Shahdara, District East on 16.03.2016 who shall try this case himself or assign it some other Additional Rent Controller other than who has passed the impugned order.
