O R D E R

% 24.07.2018 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners fairly conceded that in the wake of the proceedings taken out after the summoning order was passed which is under challenge here, the concerned court has already framed charges by order dated 04.10.2016 for offences punishable under Section 354A, Section 8 of Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 3(xi) of The Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 against the first petitioner Sudhir Mehta and for offence punishable under Section 3(x) of The Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 against the other petitioner Sangeeta Mehta. The counsel submitted, on instructions, that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the order whereby charges were framed by separate petitions.

CRL.M.C. 5088/2015 Bail Appl. 460/2018 & conn.

The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioners have the liberty to pursue such remedies as may be available to them vis-a-vis order framing charge in accordance with law.
