% 18.12.2015 Mr.M.L.Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to apply before the competent authority for grant of parole afresh after obtaining necessary medical certificate that he is urgently required to be operated upon for hernia.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he had applied for parole before the competent authority in the month of November. During the period the application remained pending for adjudication, the petitioner was released on furlough for two weeks. The aforesaid period was not sufficient for him to get the operation done. Certain medical formalities were required to be complied with before the petitioner could have got himself operated upon.
Under such circumstances, the present prayer for withdrawal of the petition with the liberty as indicated above, has been made by Mr.Yadav.
Dismissed as withdawn with the liberty aforesaid. Dasti.
