versus THE STATE & ANR ..... Respondents Through :

Mr.Amit Ahlawat, APP.

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S.P.GARG

O R D E R

% 07.01.2016 1.

None has appeared on behalf of the petitioner despite previous pass-over.

2.

It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecution of the petition. Moreover, it is the petition for quashing of the FIR under Section 376 IPC on the basis of some settlement which has been taken place between the parties after registration of the case. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the allegations against the petitioner in the FIR, no sufficient ground exists to quash the FIR.

4.

The petition is dismissed. Pending application also stands disposed of.
