% 24.02.2016 The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 states that the tender No. Q-1-MS (01)/2015 opened on 10.06.2015 Group I-1 (Miscellaneous) in respect of Anti Rabies Serum 27/34, which was earlier awarded to respondent No.3, has been cancelled and the process of floating fresh tender has been initiated. The learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 also states, on instructions, that the vials, which are remaining with the hospital, shall be returned to the respondent No.3. In these circumstances, no further directions are necessary in this writ petition. The issues raised by the petitioner in this writ petition are left open. The writ petition stands disposed of.
