Order dated December 23, 2015 is an order passed by consent. It reveals that the petitioners gave up the plea that their liability to the respondent bank qua interest on the credit availed of should not be 15% per annum and instead should be 12% per annum. The petitioners did not take the argument forward and were happy with the disposal of the writ petition simply recording that the petitioners intend to give a settlement proposal to the bank which would be considered by the bank sympathetically. If the bank is not agreeable to the settlement proposal that does not mean that the petitioners can retrace from the consensual order disposing of the writ petition on December 23, 2015.

The two applications are accordingly dismissed. 4.

No cost.
