% 18.09.2018 Affidavit sworn on 16.09.2018 of Mr. Pravindra Kumar, Intelligence Officer, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, New Delhi has been filed on 17.09.2018 pursuant to the directions in the order dated 02.08.2018. It, inter alia, states that the respondent could not avail of the order which is impugned by the petition at hand granting him liberty to travel abroad for a certain period.

The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that, as has also been mentioned in the affidavit, this petition has become infructuous, the period for which such liberty was granted having already lapsed. The petition is permitted to be withdrawn and it is disposed of accordingly.

Pending application also stands disposed of.
