Vide judgment dated 16th October, 2015 in LPA No.717/2015, the Division Bench of this Court directed the First Appellate Authority, Director General Re-settlement to consider the appeals preferred by the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks. 2.

Learned counsel for respondents submits that the appeal were disposed of and the orders are contained in the letters dated 11th and 15th December, 2015 copies whereof were taken on record on 24th February, 2016.

apology is accepted.
