Mr. Shanker, who, appears for the petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw the captioned petition and the accompanying application. 1.1 Learned counsel says that the petitioners have settled with the concerned bank, i.e. Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. 1.2 Mr. Aggarwal, who, appears for the said bank, affirms the said position.
1.3 Learned counsel says that the petitioners have paid the outstanding dues.

To be noted, in the order dated 28.9.2018, the respondent has been shown as Capital First Limited.
2.1 There is no dispute raised by the counsel before me that the debt, at the relevant point in time, was assigned by Capital First Limited to Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. The record shall reflect the same. 2.2 The order sheet will now, accordingly, be issued in the matter. O.M.P. (COMM) 1/2016
2.3 Consequently, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.
Mr. Aggarwal assures the Court that the title/security documents will be released to the petitioners no later than two (2) weeks from today. 3.1 The said statement is taken on record.
