Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 are present in the Court along with their counsels.

Learned counsels appearing for the parties submit that the parties have amicably resolved their disputes in Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The settlement agreement dated 22.04.2024 has already been placed on the record. 3.

A demand draft in sum of Rs.25,000/- has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the present revision petition is disposed of as compromised in terms of settlement agreement dated 22.04.2024.

The parties shall remain bound by the undertakings in terms of the aforesaid settlement.
