% 28.11.2016 CM 36254/2016 This is an application seeking correction of a typographical error in the judgment dated 02.08.2016. In paragraph 2 of the said judgment, the petitioner's land has been described. Inadvertently, instead of khasra No. 47//16 min (3-08), it has been typed as - 42//16 min (3-08). The learned counsel for the respondents also agree that this is a typographical error and instead of 42//16 min, it should read as khasra No. 47//16 min. The said judgment be corrected accordingly. The corrected judgment be uploaded onto the website along with a note that the same has been corrected by virtue of the order passed today. The application stands allowed.
