% 20.07.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the matter has been compromised between the petitioner and the complainant, inasmuch as the petition for quashing the FIR has already been filed by the respondent. Complainant is present in Court and admits that the matter has been compromised.
Accordingly, it is ordered that in case of arrest of the petitioner, he may be released on bail, on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/SI/SHO concerned. The application is disposed of.
