% 28.02.2019 The parties have settled the matter. In terms of the settlement, the respondent have to pay to the petitioner a sum of Rs.4,25,748/-. First instalment of Rs.1,25,748/- would be paid to the petitioner on 04.03.2019. Each subsequent month a sum of Rs. 1 lakh shall be paid by 4th Day of the month by the respondent.

The respondent will ensure that they will abide by the terms and condition of the settlement.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of. All pending applications, if any, are also disposed of.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to seek revival of the present petition in case there is any default in making payment on the part of the respondent company.
