% 29.04.2016 Learned counsel for petitioner states that he withdraws all allegations levelled by the petitioner against respondent no. 2 pending in all forums and petitioner would not pursue the same any further. Learned counsel for respondent no. 2 also undertakes to withdraw all the complaints filed by respondent no. 2 against the petitioner. The statements/undertakings made by learned counsel for petitioner and respondent no. 2 are accepted by this Court and parties are held bound by the same.
In view of aforesaid withdrawal of complaints by petitioner and respondent no. 2, respondent no. 1 is directed not to proceed with the enquiry initiated by it.
Respondent no. 2 is directed to issue NOC to the petitioner on or before 2nd May, 2016.
With the aforesaid observations, present writ petition stands disposed of.
