% 28.04.2016 Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by the sister of Rinki who left the house of her sister on 09.11.2015 and did not return back. An FIR was registered at the instance of the petitioner who is the sister. The sister of the petitioner had appeared in Court. On 18.04.2016, she had made a statement that she married Mohit Chaudhary out of her free will and she is bearing his child. She is in her sixth month of pregnancy. The parents of Rinki and her sister are present in Court. We have interacted with them in the Chamber. The petitioner and her parents submit that in view of the fact that Rinki had married Mohit Chaudhary and she is in her sixth month of pregnancy, they do not wish to press the matter any further. Rinki reiterates that she had left the house of her sister out of her free will and she has married Mohit Chaudhary voluntarily and she has been residing

with him as his wife and she has no complaint against Mohit Chaudhary. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as not pressed. Crl.M.A.2127/2016(direction) Since the petition has been dismissed as not pressed, the present application also stands dismissed.
