1. Despite several opportunities granted, the parents of the infant, in respect of whose death reliefs are being sought, have not come forward to join this petition. The Court is, therefore, not inclined to entertain this petition.

2. The petition and the pending application are accordingly dismissed. However, this will not preclude the parents of the infant from seeking appropriate reliefs in accordance with law.
