% 09.08.2016 We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. The appeal is disposed of as it has been agreed by the learned counsel for the parties that PW2 may be cross-examined on 25.08.2016. It is clearly understood by the learned counsel for the appellant that it is only for one day, that is, 25.08.2016 that we are permitting the cross-examination of PW2 to be conducted. The appellant shall not take any adjournment on any ground and shall conclude the cross-examination on that date itself.

The appeal is disposed of.
