Mr Mukhopadhaya, the learned senior counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the arbitral tribunal as and when constituted. He further requests that in the event there is an inordinate delay, the Petitioner may not be precluded to approach this Court at an appropriate stage under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
